Client: Arizona Center, The Rouse Company Goal: Develop cooperative marketing program featuring participating merchants at downtown mixed-use property. Encourage repeat business via loyalty/reward programs; allow flexibility so that retailers and restaurants could customize offers according to specific needs. Strategy: Develop key-chain tag and distribute it to all major downtown employers. All recipients had to do was visit Arizona Center and show participating merchants their tag to realize daily savings on food, beverages, and gifts.
